Q:How long do my results take so I can view
them on the Portal?
A:Between 2-7 days depending on the type of lab
being done.
Q:I clicked on my results for my lab and I
don’t see any results?
A:Your results may not be available if resulted
by a different laboratory such as LabCorp or Sonora Quest.
Q:Where is my lab work on this portal?
A:When you first open your portal click on the
Health Records tab then click on the Results tab on the right hand side of the
screen.
Q:I want to sign up my son/daughter on the
health portal?
A:As of right now we are not doing health
portal for anyone under the age of 18. Guardians/Parents still need to go to
Medical Records to sign a release.
Q:Since my husband/wife and I have the same
email can we both have a portal?
A:Yes you can but you have two options.
If
you want a health portal together you will need a HealthCare Power of Attorney
on file with Medical Records. If
you want to have separate portal you will need to call 928-348-4090 to have
them set up manually.
Q:When is someone available to help me with the
MyHealth Patient Portal?
